Rental Includes: Use of Heritage Ballroom A with up to 12 – 60” round banquet tables with 8 chairs per table, 3 – 8’ banquet tables and access to the Outdoor Patio and Heritage Center Main Gallery. Additional tables and chairs available at additional cost.

* Seating capacity does not include additional space needed for food or beverage service tables. Your room may need to be upgraded to a larger space for comfortable accommodation.

Heritage Ballroom Room B

Room Size: 800 sq. ft.

Seating Capacity: 32 guests*

Rental Includes: Use of Heritage Ballroom B with up to 4 – 60” round banquet tables with 8 chairs per table, 2 – 8’ banquet tables and access to the Outdoor Patio and Heritage Center Main Gallery. Additional tables and chairs available at additional cost.

Heritage Ballroom A & B Combined

Room Size: 2,480 sq. ft.

Seating Capacity: 160 guests*

Rental Includes: Use of Heritage Ballroom A and B with up to 20 – 60” round banquet tables with 8 chairs per table, 4 – 8’ banquet tables and access to the Outdoor Patio and Heritage Center Main Gallery. Additional tables and chairs available at additional cost.

Carriage House

Capacity: Up to 136 Guests*

Up to 17 – 60” round banquet tables with 8 chairs per table, 3 – 8’ banquet tables and access to the Outdoor Patio. Bathrooms located in the Shell Station.

*Additional tables and chairs available at additional cost. Additional fees apply for Ginopolis Bar service.

Historic Campus Outdoor Rental

During warmer months, the Gilmore Car Museum can host an event of virtually any size outdoors while your guests take in the nostalgic beauty of the Museum’s Historic Campus.

* Additional fees will apply for tent, table, audio visual and chair rentals. Please discuss this option with our staff for more information and quotes specific to your event. The Museum is open to the public and will not be exclusively available to your group.

Wedding Ceremony Onsite

Outdoor Campus: When and where space is available. Space depends on the time and day.

Heritage Center Theater

Seating Capacity: 60 guests – Theater Style Arrangement

Seating Capacity: 34 guests

Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays after 5:00pm / Weekends after 6:00pm, except when in conflict with museum shows, concerts or special events.

*Please note that these museum tours are self-guided. For smaller groups, we also offer a per person group rate for touring.

Linens
Table linens are not included in the facility rental and cost will be determined by the number of tables needed specifically for your event. Museum staff can provide a linen quote and ordering information.
