The Farmhouse @ Gilmore Car Museum (as a add on with another rental space)
Rooms: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms, Dining Room, Sitting Room, Porch, and a full kitchen. Easily accessible handicap bathroom and ramp into the house.
Rental Includes: Full use of the house for the day of rental. Parking at the farmhouse with additional parking at the main Museum parking lot.

The Farmhouse and Lawns @ Gilmore Car Museum
Rental Includes: Full use of the house for the day of rental. Parking at the farmhouse with additional parking at the main Museum parking lot. Includes use of outdoor lawns behind the farmhouse for outdoor guest event.
Not included with rental: Tent, table, chairs, linens, portable restroom trailers and any extra rentals. These are available at additional cost through Gilmore Car Museum.

Historic Campus Outdoor Rental
During warmer months, the Gilmore Car Museum can host an event of virtually any size outdoors while your guests take in the nostalgic beauty of the Museum’s Historic Campus.

Wedding Ceremony Onsite
Outdoor Campus: $500 additional charge for an outdoor wedding ceremony, when and where space is available. Space depends on the time and day.
Indoor Campus: Select spaces inside our museums are available depending on time of year and number of guests. Please contact museum staff for available spaces and price quote.
Heritage Center Multimedia Room
Seating Capacity: 60 guests – Theater Style Arrangement
Rental Fee: $95.00 per hour or $650.00 per day
1941 Blue Moon Diner
Seating Capacity: 34 guests
Rental Fee: $300.00 for two (2) hours; additional hours are $125 per hour
Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays after 5:00pm / Weekends after 6:00pm, except when in conflict with museum shows, concerts or special events.

1941 Custard Window
Custard Window open for your special events!
Rental Fee: $175 for two (2) hours; additional hours are $75 per hour
Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Fridays after 5:00pm/ Weekends after 6:00pm, except when in conflict with museum shows, concerts or special events.

- Vault Tours- Behind the scenes tours of our collection: $275 per hour
*Please note that these museum tours are self-guided. For smaller groups, we also offer a per person group rate for touring.
Linens
Table linens are not included in the facility rental and cost will be determined by the number of tables needed specifically for your event. Museum staff can provide a linen quote and ordering information.
