Group Tours

The Gilmore Car Museum is the ideal place for groups of all types to gather and tour. Whether you’re the member of a car club, the local Rotary Club, or a part of a senior tour, you’ll enjoy a day—or even a few hours—here. Tours are self-guided, so you can browse the exhibits and partner museums at your own pace. Gilmore Car Museum personnel are on-hand at every turn; we’re always ready to answer your questions.

Call ahead, and enjoy the tour at a reduced rate.
If you prearrange your visit to the museum, we'll discount the admission price for each member of your organization. For groups of 20 adults or more, admission is $10.00 per person. If your group arrives by motor coach, your driver's admission is free!

Touring companies love to spend the day here.
If you’re a travel professional, the Gilmore Car Museum is the ideal venue. Tour guests can make a day of it. They can spend an hour or two in the beautiful Automotive Heritage Center—with its exhibits, theatre, library, café, gift shop, and restrooms. They can browse historic, restored barns filled with incredible collections. They can visit the vintage Franklin and Model A dealerships, and the 1930s Shell gas station, then enjoy lunch at our historic Blue Moon Diner. We make planning easy, and rates very affordable.

Bring us your students. And they can enjoy learning, at no charge.
We also encourage all school groups to explore the ever-expanding Gilmore Car Museum. Our onsite educators will customize a lesson plan that works for you. And the best part: all school groups tour our facility for free.
